We hope you and your families are safe and doing well during this difficult time. When Walt Disney World implemented furloughs due COVID-19 concerns. All parties believed the furlough would be short-term, but as we have seen, the conditions are persisting longer than expected. Under the Federal Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (WARN) , WARN notice obligations are triggered when a furlough exceeds six months. WDW will be sending out this required notification to Cast Members on furlough.
